Our progress so far...
As I step into the role of Managing Partner, I have seen first-hand our team’s commitment to driving positive change – within RPC and across our international communities.
We’ve always been deeply committed to responsible business both in our own practice and for our clients, my tenure will be no different as I lead an Executive Board with complete gender-parity.
The launch of our bespoke e-learning programme, Environmentally Minded, has strengthened environmental awareness and engagement. Our partnership with UOcean was recognised as Sustainability Initiative of the Year at the Women and Diversity in Law Awards, and our focus on employee wellbeing was honoured by the Lexis Nexis Wellbeing Award.
As well as this, securing a place as a Top 20 Law Firm in the Lamp House Strategy Report, which independently benchmarks sector progress in responsible business, further affirms our leadership in sustainability, inclusion, and wellbeing.

This year we have partnered with Hestia to deliver Modern Slavery Awareness training, and supported clients with disability, gender, and carers inclusion initiatives – work that is built on strong relationships, open dialogue and shared ambition.
Our continued position as a Top 75 Employer in the Social Mobility Index demonstrates our commitment to broadening access to the legal profession and participating in our career insight days has been a particular highlight for me. I’ve met talented individuals from a range of backgrounds and loved seeing the impact of our programmes.
While we celebrate these achievements, we know that responsible business is an ongoing investment. The passion and collaboration of our people underpins our progress, and together we will continue to drive meaningful change for our clients, communities, and firm.
Thank you to everyone who has contributed and for carrying this through with momentum.
Antony Sassi, Managing Partner
